Do I need to have specific skills?

Every “open” Golden Opportunity is open to anyone! Beyond that, none have specific requirements. If you see it in your Find Opportunities screen, then you can go. It’s that simple.

There are other “Private Opportunities" that certain organizations can Share with their Affiliates. If you take a moment to update the “My Account” section of your app, you’ll be able to add your date of birth and “Affiliations”, which may qualify you for Private Opportunities hosted by organizations you’ve worked with before. These will automatically appear in your Opportunity Feed!
